Oversees and coordinates multi-site or multi-section operations across road construction, earthworks, paving, drainage, and wet and dry utility installation.

Ensures work is safe, on schedule, and aligned with infrastructure engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Direct site supervisors, foremen, and field crews on road works and utility installations, including pavement, subgrade, sub-base, stormwater, sewerage, water supply, and duct banks.
- Coordinate daily and weekly plans, machinery, equipment, materials, and labor to meet milestones.
- Enforce HSE standards for deep trench excavation, traffic management, heavy equipment, and confined spaces.
- Inspect work against road drawings, utility authority regulations, site levels, and compaction requirements.
- Oversee earthworks, asphalt paving, and utility piping subcontractors; verify quantities and work logs.
- Resolve field bottlenecks, material shortages, and conflicts between road alignments and utility networks.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on General Foreman experience on roads and infrastructure projects, including earthworks, asphalt, and wet or dry utilities.
- Strong knowledge of road layers, survey levels, trenching and shoring safety, pressure and gravity pipe laying, and utility authority guidelines.
- Leadership, site logistics, heavy machinery coordination, and civil or infrastructure drawing-reading skills are required.
- Experience solely in buildings or vertical construction will not be considered.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 10,000 per month.
