Role overview
Oversees multi-site field operations across road construction, earthworks, paving, and wet/dry utility installations.
Acts as the operational link between Project Engineers and site crews to support timely, safe, and compliant delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Direct site supervisors, foremen, sub-foremen, and subcontractors across road and utility works.
- Plan daily and weekly resources, equipment, materials, and labor to meet project schedules.
- Enforce HSE standards, including trench shoring, traffic management, and confined space safety.
- Inspect work quality for compliance with civil drawings, compaction levels, and authority standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years as a General Foreman strictly in roads and infrastructure, including earthworks, asphalt, and wet/dry utilities.
- Building and vertical construction experience is excluded from the stated experience requirement.
- Strong background in heavy machinery coordination, road layers, trenching safety, and reading civil drawings.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 14,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
