Responsibilities
- Supervise daily villa construction activities and manage foremen, workers, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks.
- Coordinate civil and finishing works, including blockwork, plastering, concrete, tiling, marble, painting, gypsum, waterproofing, carpentry, and joinery.
- Read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; monitor progress, quality, manpower, materials, and productivity.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management; ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Identify site issues and report delays or material and manpower requirements.
- Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and worker discipline.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and villa handovers.
- Prepare daily manpower and progress updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience and mandatory villa construction project experience.
- Proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of villa civil and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong manpower management and leadership skills; good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
