Role Overview
The company is seeking a responsible and vigilant Watchman to manage gate security and monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles, visitors, employees, and materials.
The role ensures proper documentation and compliance with company security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record incoming and outgoing vehicles, including vehicle numbers, driver details, and entry and exit times.
- Prepare, issue, and verify gate passes for vehicles, materials, and equipment.
- Check material deliveries and outgoing items against approved documents.
- Maintain accurate gate registers and visitor records.
- Monitor vehicle, machinery, and equipment movements to prevent unauthorized removal.
- Check the accommodation, garage, and office for issues, damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns, and report them promptly to management.
- Report suspicious activities, security issues, and discrepancies to management.
- Maintain gate security and submit daily reports of vehicle movements and activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Watchman, Gatekeeper, or Security Guard is preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain registers, prepare gate passes, and accurately record vehicle details.
- Strong observation skills, honesty, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, visitors, suppliers, and company staff.
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain discipline, and work independently.
- Willingness to work according to the assigned duty schedule.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,000–1,500 per month; salary is negotiable.

- Work location is in person.
