GenAI Solutions Architect - BytePlus - Chinese Speaker (Third-Party Associate)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads and develop technical solutions.
• Lead enterprise client engagements from pre-sales solutioning through implementation.
• Deliver demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture workshops, and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with product teams and shape product roadmaps through clear feature requests.
• Provide thought leadership across cloud and machine learning products.
• Support product-market-fit improvements, post-sales solutions, and upsell or cross-sell activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• At least 5 years of related experience in a similar or related field.
• Experience in cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
• Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa.
• Chinese proficiency is required for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment with resilience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills demonstrated through past projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of cloud applications and big data technologies.
• Computer science or engineering equivalent degree.
• Enterprise client experience in e-commerce, retail, media, entertainment, or gaming.
• Solution architecture or B2B pre-sales experience in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
• Understanding of public cloud, CDN, WAF, DDoS, video streaming, RTC, VOD, computer vision, NLP, or generative AI.

Assignment Terms

• This is a 12-month temporary assignment managed by a third-party agency, which will be the employer.
• The worker may be assigned to ByteDance but will not be a ByteDance employee; payroll and benefits are handled by the agency.
