GenAI Solutions Architect - BytePlus - Chinese Speaker (Third-Party Associate)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and identify client pain points with regional sales teams; design solutions that deliver business results.
• Lead enterprise engagements from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation.
• Conduct demos, presentations, RFI/RFP work, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concept delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams and communicate feature requests to shape product roadmaps.
• Provide thought leadership, industry knowledge, and expertise across cloud and machine-learning products.
• Address product-market-fit gaps and drive product development iterations.
• Support solutions after sale and pursue upsell and cross-sell with account executives.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong business acumen.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Past experience in cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
• Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa.
• Chinese proficiency is required for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment; strong problem-solving ability and resilience.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, explained through relevant past projects.

Preferred qualifications

• Good understanding of cloud applications and big data technologies.
• Computer science or equivalent engineering degree preferred.
• Large-enterprise client experience in e-commerce, retail, media, entertainment, or gaming preferred.
• Solutions architect or B2B pre-sales solution engineering experience, ideally in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing, preferred.
• Knowledge of public cloud use cases, including CDN, WAF, DDoS, video streaming, livestream, RTC, VOD, and machine-learning applications, preferred.

Location and employment arrangement
