Full Stack Developer

Role summary

Development duties

• Build React and Next.js frontends in TypeScript and implement Node.js and Python backend services and APIs.
• Build and integrate AI agent features, including prompt design, tool use or function calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from database integration through API, UI, and release.
• Write SQL and develop query performance skills, including query plans and indexing, with guidance.
• Implement authentication using JWT, OAuth2, and session management.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and basic monitoring; review pull requests, write tests, and maintain the codebase.

Information security duties

• Safeguard company information according to information protection requirements.
• Implement and maintain an information security management system based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series, including ISO/IEC 27001 certification where applicable.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines with the Information Technology Security Committee.

Technology and process

• Frontend and backend technologies include React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Database technologies include Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL; SQL work includes joins and query design, with advanced topics such as window functions and indexing.
• Authentication technologies include Active Directory/LDAP, OAuth2, JWT, and session management.
• Testing tools include Vitest/Jest and Playwright/Cypress; tooling includes Git, Docker, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
• AI agent frameworks listed include LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, and MCP or similar.
• Agile processes include sprint planning, standups, story breakdown, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years building production web applications as a full-stack developer.
• Strong React skills, including hooks and modern patterns, and TypeScript; production Next.js experience using App Router or Pages Router.
• Node.js backend experience with Express or NestJS, plus Python experience.
• REST API design, including versioning, pagination, error contracts, and idempotency; working SQL knowledge covering joins, query design, and debugging.
• Authentication fundamentals including JWT, OAuth2, and session management; comfort with Agile practices.
• Git, code review discipline, and ability to debug across browser, API, and database layers.
• Basic understanding of AI agents, LLMs, tool use, prompt design, RAG, and function calling; hands-on experience with an AI agent framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, or MCP.
