Compensation
- Fixed salary of AED 2,800 per month.
Experience and qualifications
- 2–3 years of front-office experience in a hotel, leisure, or retail setting.
- Fluent English and strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Computer literacy and mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, with exceptional knowledge of Opera hotel PMS.
- Strong organisation and leadership skills, attention to detail, proactive approach, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays; adherence to professional grooming standards.
- Ability to comply with fire-safety, bomb-threat, health, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee reception and efficient guest check-in and check-out; support colleagues handling guest enquiries and requests.
- Share guest feedback with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors, and notify departments about special events or VIP guests.
- Maintain knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, facilities, dining venues, operating hours, function rooms, and daily events.
- Monitor the front-office team's appearance and performance, supporting training, teamwork, and positive leadership.
- Maximise room occupancy and use upselling techniques to promote services and facilities.
- Anticipate guest needs, maintain brand standards, collaborate across departments, and attend required training.
- Follow safety and confidentiality requirements and complete assigned work efficiently.
Schedule
- Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to hotel requirements.
