Provide professional front desk services and create a welcoming, seamless arrival and departure experience.
Serve as the first and last point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
Front desk duties
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and manage room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, answer telephone calls, and coordinate with other departments.
- Maintain an accurate, professional, and highly visible front desk presence; the role involves standing and moving for extended periods.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous front office, reception, cashiering, customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience is specified; no license or certification is listed.
Preferred skills
- Check-in/check-out procedures, cash handling, payment processing, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Guest service, guest relations, professional complaint handling, and clear verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and basic hotel and reservation operations knowledge.
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules as required.
