Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support while managing all front desk operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organisational skills, maintain a professional appearance, and be capable of creating a welcoming and positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Manage office security procedures and control visitor access through the reception desk.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide accurate information to visitors and employees via phone, email, and in person.
- Support management and departments with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional attitude, appearance, and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in office administration is an advantage.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
