Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and multitasking **Receptionist & Sales Coordinator** who can efficiently manage front desk operations while actively contributing to sales through telecalling and customer conversion.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
  • Manage daily schedules, bookings, and customer flow

Sales Conversion

  • Convert walk-in and inquiry leads into confirmed customers
  • Explain services, packages, and offers confidently
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Telecalling

  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and bookings
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain customer database and update call records
  • Conduct follow-ups for promotions, reminders, and feedback

Coordination & Multitasking

  • Coordinate with therapists/operations team for smooth service delivery
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
  • Assist in basic administrative and reporting tasks
  • Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities
