Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and multitasking **Receptionist & Sales Coordinator** who can efficiently manage front desk operations while actively contributing to sales through telecalling and customer conversion.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Manage daily schedules, bookings, and customer flow
Sales Conversion
- Convert walk-in and inquiry leads into confirmed customers
- Explain services, packages, and offers confidently
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Telecalling
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and bookings
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer database and update call records
- Conduct follow-ups for promotions, reminders, and feedback
Coordination & Multitasking
- Coordinate with therapists/operations team for smooth service delivery
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Assist in basic administrative and reporting tasks
- Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities
