Overview

Luban Spa is a women’s luxury wellness spa in Dubai, known for meaningful guest experiences, high service standards, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a proactive, polished, creative, and operations-driven **Spa Front Office Supervisor** who can confidently lead front office operations, support sales performance, maintain team standards, and take ownership of daily spa operations with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, has leadership presence, and takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Interest in content creation & social media is a big plus!

Guest Experience & Sales

  • Deliver a warm, premium guest experience from arrival to departure
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, follow-ups, and guest communication
  • Drive **rebookings**, package upgrades, gift voucher sales, memberships, and retail recommendations
  • Manage **loyalty points redemption** and educate guests on loyalty benefits
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and support service recovery

Operations & Team Supervision

  • Oversee daily front desk opening and closing procedures
  • Cash handling, POS reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting
  • Update daily revenue targets and team performance boards
  • Monitor therapist grooming, punctuality, professionalism, and room readiness
  • Report attendance issues, performance gaps, and operational concerns to management
  • Support daily therapist follow-up on reviews, rebookings, upgrades, and retail performance
  • Assist with team scheduling, roster planning, and appointment optimization

Administrative & Inventory Management

  • Manage inventory tracking and stock control
  • Place supply orders and ensure timely replenishment of operational and retail items
  • Monitor product usage and report stock shortages proactively
  • Support monthly stock counts and operational reporting
  • Maintain accurate reports using Microsoft Excel

Facilities & Maintenance Coordination

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with technicians, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure spa equipment, rooms, and guest areas are always operational and presentation-ready
  • Escalate repair concerns immediately and follow through until resolved

Content & Brand Support

  • Capture spa content including treatments, guest touchpoints, team moments, and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Create simple marketing materials using Canva
  • Film and support short-form content and reels for Instagram and other social channels
  • Support promotions, campaigns, launches, and seasonal offers

✔ Hands-on, solution-oriented, and confident under pressure

✔ Strong in customer service, sales, and team communication

✔ Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism

✔ Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail

✔ Previous experience in spa, salon, hospitality, wellness, or luxury service preferred

✔ Leadership or team supervision experience preferred

✔ Skilled in Microsoft Excel, reporting, scheduling, and operations

  • This role will be measured on:
  • Monthly retail sales performance
  • Rebooking conversion rate
  • Loyalty program usage and redemption
  • Gift voucher and package sales
  • Therapist grooming and operational compliance
  • Cash accuracy and reporting discipline
  • Inventory accuracy and stock management
  • Contribution toward monthly spa revenue targets

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
