Front Office Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a well-presented and proactive female Front Office Executive to manage day-to-day front desk operations, handle client interactions, and support basic marketing and outreach activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Client Handling
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Greet and assist clients visiting the office
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment
Administrative Support
- Handle basic documentation, filing, and coordination with internal teams
- Assist in client onboarding coordination
- Maintain records of inquiries and follow-ups
Business Development Support
- Assist in cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients
- Support lead tracking and initial client communication
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Assist in managing company social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support content posting and basic online engagement
- Coordinate with the team on marketing initiatives and updates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in receptionist / front office / admin role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and professional demeanour
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online tools
- Ability to multitask and manage client interactions efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office tools
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic
