Front Office Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to manage reception operations and deliver an excellent first impression to clients and visitors. This is a client-facing role requiring fluency in Arabic and English, strong communication skills, and a polished, professional presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking and English-speaking clients
- Manage meeting room bookings, appointments, and visitor logs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, admin, operations)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting
- Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
