About This Role

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and well-presented Front office with prior Qatar experience to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience working in a fast-paced office or hospitality environment in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Coordinate with internal departments and provide basic administrative support
  • Receive, record, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures
  • Support day-to-day office operations as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years receptionist or front desk experience in Qatar (mandatory)
  • Familiar with Qatar workplace culture and professional standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic systems)
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Valid Qatar ID with transferable sponsorship preferred
