THE ROLE:

We are looking for a FRONT OFFICE MANAGER who leads with passion, presence, and genuine care. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic luxury environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while inspiring a high-performing team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As Front Office Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Front Office operation, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the standards and spirit of The Ned Doha.
- Lead and manage the Front Office team, fostering a culture of warmth, professionalism, and excellence
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations across reception, concierge, and guest services
- Create memorable arrival and departure experiences for all guests
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with empathy and confidence
- Drive service standards, training, and continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Monitor performance, occupancy, and revenue opportunities to support business goals

- Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role within a luxury hotel environment
- A natural leader with a warm and engaging personality
- Strong operational knowledge of Front Office systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
