The Role

We are looking for a **FRONT OFFICE MANAGER** who leads with passion, presence, and genuine care.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • As Front Office Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Front Office operation, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the standards and spirit of The Ned Doha.
  • Lead and manage the Front Office team, fostering a culture of warmth, professionalism, and excellence
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations across reception, concierge, and guest services
  • Create memorable arrival and departure experiences for all guests
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with empathy and confidence
  • Drive service standards, training, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
  • Monitor performance, occupancy, and revenue opportunities to support business goals

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role within a luxury hotel environment
  • A natural leader with a warm and engaging personality
  • Strong operational knowledge of Front Office systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
