To support our operations, we are seeking an experienced **Front Office Manager** to lead our front desk team and ensure seamless guest interactions.

Role Overview

The **Front Office Manager** will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to foster a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage front office staff, including receptionists and guest service agents.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Monitor occupancy levels, reservations, and room allocations.
  • Train and mentor front office staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari hospitality regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management on front office performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in front office management or hospitality leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
