Role Description

The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Daily tasks include greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing appointments and schedules.

The Receptionist will handle clerical duties such as maintaining records, processing mail, and organizing front desk documentation.

This role also supports concierge services by coordinating requests, providing information about ILMC’s offerings, and ensuring an organized and welcoming reception area.

The Receptionist will collaborate with other team members to deliver a high level of customer service and maintain professional communication at all times.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including answering calls professionally and managing visitor check-in.
  • Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and handling basic office administration.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to interact confidently with diverse clients.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a client-focused approach.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include prior front desk or hospitality experience, proficiency in common office software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a concierge, lifestyle management, or service-oriented environment in Dubai or the UAE is an advantage.
