Role Description
We are looking for a professional and service-driven
Residential Concierge
to join our candidate pool for an upcoming luxury residential project in Dubai.
The role will involve supporting residents with day-to-day concierge services, including guest assistance, package handling, amenity bookings, transport arrangements, reservations, resident requests, and coordination with building management and service providers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Concierge Services and managing Reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and handling administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain professionalism
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle management, or client-focused roles is an advantage
