Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital channels, analytics, and performance marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads).
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports.
  • Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI through data-driven strategies.
  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email platforms.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
