About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations
• Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments
• Oversee import and export logistics activities
• Ensure timely and cost-effective shipment delivery
• Manage freight schedules, documentation, and customs coordination
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly
• Lead and support freight forwarding and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers
• Monitor operational performance and service quality
• Prepare logistics reports and operational updates
• Improve workflow efficiency and transportation processes
• Support business development and client retention initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally
• Maintain accurate freight and shipping records

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities effectively
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international freight forwarding companies
• Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
• Familiarity with logistics management systems and freight software
• Experience in client account and vendor management
