We are a reputable freight forwarding company looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive **Accounts & Operations Coordinator** to join our team.
This is a dual-role position — ideal for someone who is equally comfortable crunching numbers and coordinating logistics operations on the ground.

Accounts & Finance
- Managing day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Preparing and sending client invoices accurately and on time
- Tracking accounts receivable and payable
- Maintaining financial records and supporting month-end reconciliation
- Coordinating with clients and vendors on outstanding payments and financial queries
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinating with shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and warehouses to ensure smooth cargo movement
- Tracking shipments and proactively updating clients and internal teams
- Preparing shipping documents, job files, and operational reports
- Liaising between sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Handling customer queries and resolving day-to-day operational issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations (air, sea, or land)
- Hands-on experience with invoicing and basic accounting
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel especially); experience with freight or accounting software is a plus
