Overview
Highly organized and experienced Customs Clearance & Freight Forwarding Coordinator Executive to manage customs documentation, shipment coordination, and freight forwarding operations in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should be well versed with Dubai Trade portal operations, UAE customs procedures, shipping documentation, and coordination with freight agents, transporters, and government authorities.
• Customs Clearance Operations
- Handle import and export customs clearance processes through the Dubai Trade portal.
- Prepare and submit customs documentation including Bills of Entry, delivery orders, permits, invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
- Coordinate with Dubai Customs, shipping lines, airlines, and port authorities for smooth cargo clearance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and trade laws.
- Track shipment status and resolve customs-related issues or delays promptly.
- Handle day-to-day freight forwarding activities for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate sea freight shipments with Main Liners, NVOCC operators, and overseas agents.
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines and ensure timely cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment schedules, vessel arrivals, transshipment status, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and customers for smooth cargo handling.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including BL, HBL, MBL, invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate customs clearance requirements through Dubai Trade and UAE customs systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and shipping procedures.
- Handle shipment tracking and provide regular updates to clients and management
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
