Forward Deployed Engineer at Dilogs AI, working across AI product, client-facing implementation, and technology.

Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements, workflows, pain points, and expectations; define AI use cases, workflows, and specifications.
- Build and configure AI-powered video experiences with Dilogs AI; create and optimize prompts for text, video, voice, characters, and other generative workflows.
- Experiment with AI models and tools to improve quality, consistency, accuracy, and output.
- Build proofs of concept and prototypes for client validation.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams from concept through deployment; troubleshoot issues and bridge clients with technical teams.
- Manage multiple projects and track requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables; turn client feedback into actionable requirements.
- Assist with demos, scripts, storyboards, AI characters, and video concepts; document requirements, configurations, workflows, and implementation details.
- Explore new AI tools, models, prompting techniques, and workflows to improve Dilogs AI products.
Required qualifications
- Strong interest in Generative AI, AI agents, AI video, and emerging AI technologies.
- Good understanding of prompt engineering and ability to iterate prompts based on output quality.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, JSON, webhooks, REST APIs, debugging, and frontend/backend interactions.
- Able to understand client businesses, ask effective questions, communicate and coordinate, and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset; able to learn independently and adapt to changing startup requirements.
Preferred experience and tools
- Experience with AI video generation, avatars, digital humans, TTS/STT, LLMs, or image generation is a plus.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, or similar AI platforms is a plus.
- Basic Python or JavaScript scripting and experience with Postman or similar API tools are a plus.
- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, product, consulting, customer success, technical account management, or enterprise clients is a plus.
Success and candidate profile
Success involves understanding the client, defining the use case, building and iterating an AI prototype, coordinating engineering, deploying the solution, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate can build and troubleshoot, understand what should be built, and understand why it matters to the client.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹25,000–₹60,000 per month.
- Benefits include health insurance and life insurance.
