Lead multi-outlet operations, drive business performance, and support exceptional guest experiences across hospitality brands.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants and café outlets.
- Develop strategies for business growth and profitability; monitor revenue, food costs, labor costs, and financial performance.
- Maintain food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction standards.
- Lead and develop operations managers and outlet teams; implement SOPs, controls, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Culinary teams.
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior F&B operations leadership role and a strong background in multi-outlet restaurant and café operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; strong financial, budgeting, and business development capabilities.
- UAE hospitality experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000 per month.
