Lead café or restaurant outlet operations and deliver excellent guest experiences.
The role requires experience in food and beverage and specialty coffee.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations and lead the team.
- Train and motivate staff and conduct appraisals.
- Maintain food, beverage, coffee, and service quality standards.
- Control inventory and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure SOP compliance.
- Support management with ideas and initiatives to improve operations and sales.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a café or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage and specialty coffee; barista experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Passion for coffee, service, and continuous improvement.
Compensation
- The posting states a monthly pay range of AED 2,100 to AED 6,000.
