- A leading foodservice distribution company is looking for an experienced F&B Coordinator to work at our one-of-a-kind office in Dubai!
- The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
- They will also be providing coordination and administrative support with events held at the venue.
- Candidates should have experience working within the F&B and/or events industries, enjoy interacting with people, and have a keen eye for detail.

- ***Key responsibilities:***
- Answering and directing phone calls and acting as the first point of contact for visitors
- Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of the office to include maintenance, cleanliness, and office provisions etc.
- Attending to customer, vendor and supplier phone calls in a timely manner
- Receiving invoices & documents, and maintaining a log of items received, as well as ensuring that these are handed over to the respective recipient at the end of the day
- In charge of creating and approving food and drink menus
- Ordering F&B items as required
- Taking inventory of stock
- Maintaining records of purchase and sales
- Assisting in event planning
- Managing budgets and controlling costs
- ***Qualifications & Experience:***
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 year of experience in similar role is preferred
- Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time-management and coordination skills
