Head Spa Therapist
to lead spa operations within a prestigious
5-star luxury property in Dubai

This role is ideal for a passionate wellness professional with strong leadership capabilities, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
The position will
directly report to the Director of Spa
.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage
- daily spa operations
- , ensuring consistent delivery of luxury service standards
- Provide professional
- spa treatments and therapies
- in accordance with established brand protocols
- Train, mentor, and develop spa therapists to ensure
- high performance and service quality
- Ensure full compliance with
- hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Monitor adherence to treatment protocols, product usage, and service procedures
- Drive
- revenue growth
- through effective upselling of treatments and retail products
- Manage appointment scheduling, optimize guest flow, and enhance operational efficiency
- Foster strong
- guest relationships
- , ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
- Conduct regular
- quality audits and performance evaluations

Requirements
- Minimum
- 3ā5 years of experience
- as a Spa Therapist, including at least
- 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong expertise in
- spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices
- Relevant certification in
- spa therapy, massage, or wellness treatments
- Proven ability to
- lead, train, and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-groomed, and
- guest-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a
- multicultural, luxury hospitality environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
