We are currently conducting a confidential search for a senior hospitality executive to join a luxury resort portfolio as an
Asset Manager (Vp Level)
- .
- This is an ownership-side role that bridges hotel operations and asset management, with a strong emphasis on driving asset performance, maximizing value, and overseeing operator relationships, rather than managing day-to-day hotel operations
- .We are seeking leaders with
- Extensive experience managing luxury resorts with a strong track record of delivering GOP and commercial performance
- An ownership or asset management mindset, with the ability to influence operators and enhance asset value
- Experience in island resort destinations such as the Maldives, Seychelles, or Mauritius
- Exposure to luxury resort pre-openings, repositioning, or major transformation projects
- The ability to thrive in a high-performance, ownership-driven environment
- This is a highly confidential opportunity that offers close collaboration with ownership in shaping portfolio performance and creating long-term value across a collection of luxury hospitality assets.
