Overview

We are currently seeking a high-caliber Business Development / Sales Executive to join our Fit-Out division and play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and securing high-value projects across multiple sectors.

The role is responsible for driving business growth, generating new opportunities, and closing projects within the Fit-Out division.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in fit-out, construction, or wood/furniture (joinery) and the ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract award—while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out, construction, and joinery/furniture sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Generate leads through market outreach, networking, and existing industry connections.
  • Meet clients to understand project scope, technical requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, quotations, and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and direct clients.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate project scoping and smooth handover.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Fit-Out / Interior Construction ,Construction Business Development and Joinery ,Woodworks , Furniture Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Turnkey fit-out and construction processes and Joinery, woodworks, furniture production, materials, and finishes.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
  • An existing network within the UAE fit-out / construction / furniture market is highly preferred.
  • Experience in handling quotations, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
