Role overview
A hands-on hospitality professional will manage service flow, support the team, and maintain standards in a fast-paced dining and entertainment environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the assigned section and lead floor operations throughout service.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures meet house standards; conduct pre-service briefings and maintain service routines.
- Resolve guest concerns early and manage service timings, table turns, and table flow during busy periods.
- Coach and develop waiters on a shift-by-shift basis and maintain consistent service standards and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- At least two years supervising a high-volume restaurant floor.
- Remain calm and effective in busy, demanding service environments.
- Excellent communication skills; English is essential and Spanish is an advantage.
- Confidence with POS systems, reservations, and cash handling.
- Maintain service standards through clear communication and professional leadership.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and activation nights.
Pay
- Pay is AED 7,000–10,000 per month.
