Provide professional, friendly food and beverage service across dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and telephone orders while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Take and process accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Provide menu, ingredient, allergy, and promotion information and assist customers with recommendations and upselling.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic dining, service, and common areas.
- Handle cash and card payments, POS closing, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reports accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, dispatchers, drivers, and call-center teams for timely order delivery.
- Respond professionally to customer requests, feedback, complaints, and operational issues.
- Support daily restaurant operations and maintain effective teamwork and communication.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Participate in training and develop product knowledge and customer-service skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude and work effectively under pressure during busy shifts.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Arabic are mandatory.
- Ability to maintain professional standards and work effectively under pressure during busy shifts.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
