Overview
**Job Overview:** Ranprecast Qatar is seeking an experienced **Financial Controller (Mid-Senior)** to join our finance team.
In this influential role, you will oversee financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide key insights to management.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial controls and reporting processes to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support their operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- **5+** **years** of experience in financial management or controlling, ideally in the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 50 - 90**, depending on experience.
