Job Overview
Aeromailx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic **Financial Controller** to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities.
This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
The Financial Controller will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and budgeting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and audit coordination activities.
- Develop and improve financial controls, systems, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on strategic financial initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for business growth.
- Manage and mentor finance and accounting teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial management or controller roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
