Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled **Group Financial Controller** to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple business entities.
The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee group financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management activities
- Develop and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders
- Support strategic planning and financial decision-making
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial control, accounting, or group finance management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Pay: QAR42,000.00 per month
