Job Description: Financial Controller (Mid-Senior) at Julia Gutierrez Designs Qatar
Julia Gutierrez Designs Qatar is seeking a proactive Financial Controller (Mid-Senior) to oversee our financial operations. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, financial audits, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 50 to 100 QAR, depending on experience and qualifications.
