Coordinates work with other departments and supports timely, accurate completion of team tasks.
Financial records and reporting
- Organizes and maintains files, financial records, cash, and cash equivalents according to company procedures.
- Records and analyzes computerized financial information and compiles financial records using journals, ledgers, or computers.
- Prepares, maintains, audits, and distributes statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Completes period-end closing procedures and reports.
- Prepares, reviews, reconciles, and issues bills, invoices, and account statements.
- Follows up on past-due accounts and vendor invoices until payment or resolution.
Coordination and conduct
- Coordinates tasks across departments, mentors or models effective work, and ensures tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Protects confidential information and company assets while following company policies and procedures.
- Communicates professionally, prepares accurate written documents, handles telephone calls appropriately, and supports team goals.
- Reports work-related accidents or injuries promptly and performs other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
- At least one year of related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is specified.
