Finance Manager
to oversee financial strategy, governance, and operational financial management.
This role will be responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and the effective management of financial resources to support organizational objectives.
The position requires a strategic finance leader capable of providing financial insight and guidance to senior management while ensuring strong financial controls and reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

- Master’s degree (MBA or Finance)

- CPA, CMA, or ACCA are advantageous

Experience
- **10+ years of progressive experience**
- in finance.
- Strong experience in
- financial planning, financial management, and financial governance

- regulated environments or mission-driven organizations is highly desirable

- Proven ability to lead finance teams and partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions.
