We are currently looking for an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented **Finance Manager** to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and financial planning while supporting business growth and ensuring sound financial decision-making across all divisions.

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for managing the overall financial health of the group by overseeing accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and financial best practices.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to management to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Manage company cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital requirements.
  • Monitor project profitability, cost control, and financial performance across departments.
  • Review and approve financial transactions, payments, and expense reports.
  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Monitor receivables and support collection efforts to improve cash flow.
  • Prepare financial analyses, business performance reports, and profitability assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Support tendering and project teams with financial evaluations and commercial analysis.
  • Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
  • Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team.
  • Support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial information.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role.
  • Strong UAE experience in construction, interior fit-out, exhibitions, events, manufacturing, or project-based industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
