We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded **Finance Manager** to lead the financial operations of the group and support its continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project-based industries such as exhibitions, fit-out, construction, manufacturing, or contracting, with expertise in financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, project profitability, and business performance analysis.

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, accounting functions, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, and financial reporting across the group.
  • Support management with strategic financial planning, project profitability analysis, cost control, and business decision-making while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and financial best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the group.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities.
  • Analyze project profitability, margins, and cost performance across all departments.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger functions.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and monitor client payment schedules.
  • Review project costs, procurement expenditures, and operational expenses.
  • Support tendering and commercial teams with financial evaluations and project costing.
  • Prepare financial analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities across operations.
  • Manage banking relationships, guarantees, LCs, and financial facilities where applicable.
  • Support management in strategic planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor finance and accounting team members.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all financial information.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of finance and accounting experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance position.
  • Strong UAE experience within Exhibitions, Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Construction, Manufacturing, or Project-Based Industries.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
