Creative Designer

Overview

Job Purpose

• Responsible for creating innovative visual concepts, branding solutions, exhibition experiences, marketing materials, presentations, digital content, and creative campaigns that align with client objectives and company standards.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales Team, Project Team, and Management to develop creative assets that support lead generation, business development, branding, social media growth, marketing campaigns, and company positioning.
• Transform ideas into compelling visual experiences across exhibitions, events, interior environments, branding, digital platforms, and marketing communications while maintaining high creative and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for exhibitions, events, interior branding, fit-out projects, and marketing campaigns.
• Create visually impactful presentations, pitch decks, mood boards, and concept proposals.
• Design branding materials, corporate identity systems, signage, environmental graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative campaign concepts for digital marketing, social media, websites, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Sales Teams, Marketing Team, and Clients to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Translate client briefs into innovative and commercially effective design solutions.
• Create high-quality visualizations, mockups, and presentation materials.
• Research design trends, emerging technologies, materials, and creative innovations.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to projects and campaigns.
• Support business development teams with visually compelling proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Prepare artwork files for production, printing, fabrication, and digital platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on AI-powered design tools, automation technologies, and creative workflows.
• Explore and implement AI tools to enhance ideation, visualization, content generation, and design efficiency.
• Continuously contribute new ideas, creative techniques, and innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support the Marketing Manager in creating content for social media, websites, advertisements, email marketing, and corporate communications.
• Design sales presentations, company profiles, case studies, brochures, and marketing collateral to support business development activities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Elegant Qubes Group companies, including Elegant Qubes, Fixara, and Eventara.
• Support photo shoots, video productions, content planning, and visual storytelling initiatives.
• Research competitors, market trends, AI innovations, and creative opportunities to strengthen the company's market position.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing Design, or related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years of professional creative design experience.
• Experience within exhibitions, events, branding, interior design, fit-out, marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, concept development, branding, and design execution.
• Experience developing creative concepts from initial idea through final production.
• Experience working directly with Marketing Teams and supporting business development initiatives.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools is highly preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional creative thinking and concept development skills.
• Strong ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional design approaches.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong presentation design and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, SketchUp, Blender, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of branding, marketing, visual communication, and environmental graphics.
• Experience creating content for digital, print, exhibitions, and events.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Understanding of marketing strategy, lead generation, branding, and customer engagement.
• Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Passion for innovation, AI technologies, and creative problem-solving.

Ai Experience (Highly Preferred)

• Candidates should demonstrate experience using AI tools to support creative processes, concept development, visualization, content creation, video generation, and productivity enhancement.
