Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our Doha office. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and controls while providing key insights that support business decision-making and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and cash flow management strategies
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Qatar
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure audit readiness
• Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and development
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Excellent analytical ability with attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
