About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management.
- Monitor cash flow, analyze variances, and provide actionable financial insights.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and risk management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive cost efficiency and strategic growth.
- Mentor and manage junior finance staff, fostering a high-performance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in corporate or consulting sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading cross-functional teams.
