Requirements
- Must have 15–20 years of overall finance and accounting experience.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in the construction/contracting industry.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and a CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or CPA qualification.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in large-scale construction, piling, marine, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
