Finance Business Partner role based in Dubai, UAE, supporting a leading pharmaceutical company.
Focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, performance monitoring, profitability, and operational efficiency across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead Gulf-region budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in alignment with business objectives.
- Advise regional and country leadership, commercial teams, and stakeholders on financial matters and strategic decisions.
- Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and profitability against budgets, forecasts, and targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports, business reviews, and actionable insights to senior management.
- Investigate variances, assess business drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve regional profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant finance experience, including mandatory pharmaceutical-industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, and variance analysis.
- Experience supporting commercial operations and financial performance across multiple Gulf markets.
- Experience partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams on strategic and commercial decisions.
