Assistant Manager Finance (CAPEX) at Miral Experiences.

Works with Finance Business Partners and organizational stakeholders on financial analysis and decision support.
Accounting and reporting
- Support month-end close and financial reporting; prepare accounting entries and day-to-day reconciliations.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain prepaid expense schedules, lease records, and financial trackers.
- Assist with ticket sales and intercompany reconciliations and related-party transactions; analyze general ledger accounts and financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audits and perform P&L and general ledger variance analysis.
- Assist with management reports, forecasts, and ad hoc financial analyses.
CAPEX and controls
- Maintain CAPEX tracking and monitor open purchase orders and requisitions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and stronger financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Essential qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least three years of finance or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent.
- Experience working in the GCC region.
- Experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion applications.
