Operational Oversight
- Supervise rigless well intervention and unconventional operations, including hydraulic fracturing, milling, plug retrieval and installation, flowback, and well testing.
- Ensure activities follow approved operational programs, procedures, and HSE standards.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, coordinate corrective actions, and verify operational readiness and equipment availability.
Reporting and Performance
- Validate daily reports, activity logs, and time records; monitor NPT, delays, KPIs, and service performance.
- Maintain records of activities, incidents, risks, and lessons learned, and prepare updates and performance reports for management.
HSE and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, safe work practices, and operational procedures.
- Participate in inspections, safety meetings, toolbox talks, audits, and risk assessments; identify hazards and ensure controls are implemented.
- Promote safety and ensure incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices are reported and addressed.
Contractors and Field Leadership
- Coordinate daily work with contractors, vendors, and third-party providers; monitor service quality, efficiency, equipment readiness, and compliance.
- Lead and support field teams, communicate requirements and challenges, and ensure management instructions and improvements are implemented.
Operational Excellence
- Improve efficiency, reduce NPT, optimize resources, monitor targets, and contribute to cost control through planning and coordination.
- Support best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of oilfield experience, including at least 3 years in rigless intervention, unconventional operations, completions, stimulation, or related activities.
- Hands-on experience in hydraulic fracturing, plug-and-perf, milling, drill-out, coiled tubing, flowback, well testing, and well intervention.
- Previous field supervision, wellsite leadership, or operations coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of operational reporting, NPT analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance management.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and service providers; strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Sound understanding of HSE requirements and operational best practices; proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
- UAE oilfield experience is an advantage.
