ADSO LLC is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused **Female Tele Sales Executive** to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support the Sales Team by generating new business opportunities, arranging customer meetings, and maintaining regular communication with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and contact new potential customers on a daily basis to introduce ADSO's freight forwarding services.

· Confirm meeting appointments with customers and coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure attendance at scheduled meetings.

· Schedule and confirm appointments with customers assigned by the Sales Team.

· Handle customer inquiries received through the company website, WhatsApp, email, and telephone.

· Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.

· Contact dormant customers to re-establish business relationships and generate new business opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM or internal system.

· Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth communication and effective lead management.

· Support the Sales Team with administrative and tele sales activities as required.

Requirements

· Female candidate.

· Basic understanding of freight forwarding and logistics services (Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Transport).

· Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or the freight forwarding industry is an advantage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

· Good command of spoken and written English.

Knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or other languages is an advantage.

· Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and appointments.
