Female Business Development Executive
About This Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and digital platforms
- Generate new business opportunities in IT products/services (software, SaaS, hardware, solutions)
2. Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries
3. Product/Service Presentation
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions in a clear and impactful way
- Explain technical features in simple, business-friendly language
- Customize pitches based on client requirements
4. Sales Targets Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Convert leads into successful deals and closures
- Focus on revenue growth and pipeline management
5. Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and customization
6. Market Research
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitors
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
7. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with technical, marketing, and support teams
- Ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in required in sales
- Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
- Should be confident having strong negotiation and communication skills
- Should be aware with current market trends
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per day
Work Location: In person
