Business Development Executive

About This Role
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Research target markets and industries (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech)
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
2. Client Acquisition
- Approach and convert prospects into paying clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions (software, apps, web development, etc.)
3. Requirement Gathering
- Communicate with clients to understand technical and business requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (developers, project managers) to align solutions
- Prepare detailed briefs or proposals
4. Proposal & Pricing
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients
- Ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness
5. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact for client communication
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
6. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Identify new business opportunities (new markets, services, or products)
- Provide feedback to management for strategic decisions
7. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Track performance using CRM tools
- Maintain sales reports and forecasts
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing for campaigns and lead generation
- Coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility
- Ensure smooth project handover after closing deals
9. Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients
- Promote upgrades, maintenance packages, or new IT solutions
10. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Update CRM systems regularly
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 2 Years of sales experience is required
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (web, mobile apps, software, cloud)
- Sales & persuasion ability
- Relationship-building mindset
- Candidates should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
- Time management and target-driven approach
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
